• Our client needed an advanced web solution, that would not only showcase the new model of a sports car in the best possible light but also crown them as a trendsetter in the premium automotive industry.
• An important part of the campaign was a presentation of a new model of a sports car. However, they were not looking for a one-time solution, but rather a new approach to win premium customers.

• The first step was to compose a team that will work closely with the client and their business stakeholders. We created a team lead by Agile Delivery Lead – a person that coordinates the work of developers and communicates with our clients to pass on their wishes and ideas. • Immediately we faced a big problem. Our client’s web solution had a high technical debt. We performed an audit to assess crucial parts of the legacy code and provided a set of solutions that made the rest of the project independent.
• A new technology stack for current and future projects contains the most up-to-date frameworks and libraries, as well as technology update recommendations for the existing legacy part.
