Hicron’s Partnership with tantum sana: Shaping an MVP for Commercial Success
The collaboration began with iLOQ partnering through an intermediary, People Cloud, which helped connect them to an experienced specialized team. From there, the groundwork for the ambitious project was laid.
Our experts initially addressed a limited portion of the platform to prove our capabilities, focusing their efforts on the front-end. This approach allowed iLOQ to evaluate the team’s experience without fully committing to backend development. Regular communication, including bi-weekly meetings and reviews by the leadership committee, strengthened trust and ensured compliance in every field.
The project team included 3 developers, 1 tester, and 1 delivery lead at the start. However, as priorities shifted and challenges unfolded, additional resources were allocated for testing, architectural work, DevOps, and security needs. This flexibility prevented bottlenecks and enabled rapid adjustments to changing demands.
Using Angular and Angular Material for the frontend, the team designed a highly intuitive interface, while backend dependencies relied on iLOQ’s existing .NET framework hosted on AWS. Special focus went into features that made the application viable under extreme conditions, such as offline functionality powered by battery-based technology.
Initially slated for early 2025, the project achieved a significant milestone two months ahead of schedule. Positive feedback from internal stakeholders accelerated the beta release, allowing the iLOQ to showcase at the Las Vegas conference in April 2025. This move strategically positioned the client to attract high-profile prospects and gain market traction.

The success of this project was just the beginning. iLOQ is now positioned to expand further into global markets, armed with a proven team, a cutting-edge product, and a compelling story of innovation and collaboration. The project’s triumph demonstrates that when trust meets technology, barriers become opportunities.
